ISS is visible again here in northern latitudes. Several amateur
astronomers have observed that very bright
and easy naked eye object. Antti Kuosmanen observed ISS on 22/23 May
midnight. The object was at magnitude -1
but very soon it brightened shortly to -3 magnitude! This flare may be
    caused by ISS solar panels.
