After a long time of being in drift mode, Galaxy 17 ( 31307 ) has been parked a orbital slot of
123 degrees West. So it's parked by Galaxy 10R ( 26056 )
Intelsat had listed it as going to, 91 degrees West.
Either they changed there plan's of where it's orbital slot would be, are it's being tested out at
that slot, and then moved to 91 degrees West.
Sure took there time with it, as it was launched on May 5, 2007.
