Satcom C1 takes less time, between bright flashes

Currently at 1:43 UTC, satcom C1 is flashing brightly.

It takes less time, to give bright flashes = good to see. 

Time between flashes, is roughly 125 seconds, compared to the 148 seconds I got for it, in Oct
2007.

Will measure a more accurate time, later. 

Video and PPAS report later.
