    The below message related to 04 046B is wrong. The sat in question is 
    02 046B which has accelerated since 25 June 2007 (BY observation).
    An observation showing a period of 2 seconds was made by RE on
    1st March 2008.
    All PPAS data are correct but they refer to 02 046B.
