Although Mike's recent elsets indicate a drag AND MM diff
larger than my speculations, they keep the timetable, so
those who have the proper lighting should observe (daily?).
    USA 186 .00013000 14.78958939
    USA 161 .00001800 14.77890967
May 31 they are 2:43 apart on the SB (day) pass,
increasing by 0:01 daily, so I expect USA 188
to be reboosted within a week.
After reboost USA 186 may be delayed >2 min/day.
Neither orbit will have perigee on the equator within reasonable time.
