Hotbird 1 slowly flaring, ie slowly rotating

Ah another to add to my list.

Hot bird 1 ( 23537 ) is slowly flaring. I call it a flare, not a flash due to the length of the
event.

At around 3:28 UTC ( May 24 ), it really gave a nice flare ( Mag 8 are brighter ), lasting a few
seconds.

It was near 

16h 05m R.A
-06 deg 01' min Dec
