Two nights ago, thanks to Ted's excellent orbit from Greg's
observations, I was able to observe the "unknown" Breeze
    debris.
I was surprised to find it relatively bright, standard mag +3.4
according to Greg's obs. Furthermore, I could not detect
any variation during 30 minutes of observation.
Subjectively, it became fainter, though it was getting closer,
(from about 13000 km) but this could be because
it was approching the light blue north.

At about 23:25:46 UTC it met a satellite moving in a DIR
about 45 degrees from the vertical, which I ID'ed as
    #13845 NOSS 4 (F) ld 83008F

At that time I decided to restart my voice recorder,
to make it easier to find the comments on this UNID.
I then noticed that my recorder showed 00:00 recording,
and no battery power, although the recording light was on!
As it didn't respond to the on/off key either, I decided
to make notes and drawings for the rest, but failed to
write down my magnitude estimate, and the first three obs,
one of which was intended to be the reference for
time offset, to aid the rest of the star ID's.

I had a hard time reconciling my notes and the star
fields in ObsReduce. SkyMap didn't help either,
    as it often does.

Fortunately, Ted helped there too, validating the
    majority of observations!
I agree with his refined orbit, but there is one
    difference in our obs reductions.
I include the first three obs from rough memory only:
