I see what happened, I goofed.

In the ppas database, it shows

88- 63 B 06-01-23 04:05:54   KF                67     +8->inv

That can't be correct, because of what day I was observing on, Apr 23, 2007 and not Jan 23,2006 as
shown in the ppas report.

So that entry is wrong, and should be removed.
