OE observed with Nextsat

I just observed Orbital Express (07006A / 30772), trailed by NEXTSAT (07006C /
30774). 

I will report in more detail later, but NEXTSAT appeared to trail by about 0.5
deg, when at a range of about 600 km, which indicates a distance of about 5 km.

Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m
