    Flare:
    01-044A (USA 161) to mag -1.5 at 00:00:46 UTC

After a cloudy day, a strong wind caused a beautiful, very clear evening. Only
at 1 UTC (3 am local time) clouds came in and truncated the observations.

01-044A was very bright for much of its pass: +2, with a slow flare to -1.5.

I saw several strays while preparing the camera, three of which flared brightly.
One stray was captured, in the second image on 97-064A: it turned out to be the
    Kosmos 2292 rocket, 94-061B.
