96113 returns to the sky, ie flashing sat I observed in Dec 2006

    Ah it's back:)

It's high enough in the sky now, for me to use the tracking mount, and see when it will flash.

I beleive it will be between 3 to 4 UTC ( May 13 ). This is based, on the last 2 times I observed
it, in Dec and then in Mar.
