    No, they didn't.
    
    BPN and BPP are now correct.
    and a lot of others have been moved 2 places down.
    
    But 31315 BPV should be BPT
    31330 BQL -> BQJ
    31337 BQT -> BQR
    31339 BQV -> BQT
    
    The rest up to 31389 BSV is correct.
    
    Also a new 98 degrees inclination piece of debris was added.
    31390 06 41 L, a piece from a M-5 launch.
    It is in a much lower orbit thenthe 99-25 pieces.
