    The times at http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/progres_m60.htm are local Moscow
    time.  It looks like Bob converted the launch time but not the dock
    time.  Docking is forecast at 09:12 Moscow = 05:12 UTC/GMT = 01:12 EDT.
    There has been a 2 minute update since MCC-M posted their data, so 01:10
    EDT is correct.

    According to http://spaceflight.nasa.gov which calls the craft Progress
    25 (a minor matter I guess) it shows a docking of 01:10 EDT on Tuesday
    (as I understand it 0510 UTC.) which would put it only minutes before a
    pass which may be visible here. (Although it is very early evening the
    sky may be dark enough as nights will be long here by then.)  If this
    one is correct I won't get to watch it online but will have a chance to
    rush outside to see what is happening, weather permitting!
    
    Is there a time conversion issue here,  if not I guess the Russian one
    should be taken as more authoritative?
