    SpaceTrack catalogued several pieces twice and omitted others.
    
    31317 BPV should be BPX
    31325 BQD -> BQF
    31331 BQK -> BQM
    31338 BQS -> BQU
    31341 and 31342 BQX and BQY are also 31343 and 31344
    31346 BRC -> BRA
    31347 BRD -> BRB
    
    Then moving 31310-31340 to 31312-31342 gives room for 
    31310 to become BPN and 31311 -> BPP
    
    31348-31389 is correct.
    
    This adds 80 (31310-31389) more pieces. 
    Total is now 1576 (excluding the A-D objects)
