My evidence, of what I observed:)

At around 7:15:22 UTC ( May 2 ) give are take, Cosmos 2342 passed close to a Mag 10 star, as shown
in the video.

The star is TYC 300 1070 ( tycho star catalog )

J2000 epoch 

Right ascension: 13h22m10.001s
Declination: +01 37' 56.16"

Feild of view is approx 1/2 degree.
