I've changed my homepage.
At the moment only the RAE tables are available.

During the last months after the fire, in which I had limited acces to 
internet, I've been busy with updating the tables.
Current version is 2006 - 1.04
Added the years 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998; without the orbital information.
Also the year 2006 is updated with the latest launches (up to 2006-20).

In due time my observations can be accessed again, as well as hte other 
issues.
