    Hi all,

The stray in the same image as IGS 1B in an image of yesterday, turns out to be
    the Cosmos 1833 r/b, 87-027B, #17590.

Space Track has a TLE for an epoch within an hour of my observation (elset
06130.94435456), so naturally I compared. Space-Track policies prohibit me to
mention analytical results, so I'll just say I was very happy with the result.
Even though I feel for the first point it is just a lucky shot, because the
trail startpoint is not so unambiguous (the end, the second point, is
    unambiguous however)

    Points obtained:

    17590 87 027B 4353 F 20060510213221100 17 75 1500077+663530 56 S+025 10
    17590 87 027B 4353 F 20060510213231800 17 75 1506583+614420 56 S+025 10
