    Greetings,

I am a new member of this list.  My name is Tom Teague.  I live in 
Chester, England.  I am an amateur astronomer.  I have enjoyed spotting 
bright artificial satellites since watching Echo 1 and Echo 2 during the 
1960s as a boy, but do not have a specialist interest in or knowledge of 
artificial satellites.  I hope to learn more from the members of this 
list.
