    Ralph, sorry to correct you but at the bottom of the download bulk file page
    is a note saying the compressed files ARE in DOS format,
    and unix [linux ]users should use dos2unix to convert the decompressed file
    I checked out my latest download and it is got ascii 13,10 pairs at end of line.
