space track says object D from calipso launch is the delta rocket stage

Space track lists Object D as the delta rocket stage. Object E is a peice of Debris

There's the dual payload adaptor, also in orbit.

I observed the Object C on Apr 29, and it was bright. I thought that would be the rocket, seems it
not.
