Foton M2 to be launched on a Soyuz rocket in a few hours

    A 16 day mission involving a unmanned recoverable capsule, is scheduled to lift off sometime
    around 12 UTC ( May 31 ).
    
    The Foton M2 satellite is going into a 63 degree inclination orbit, with a orbital height between
    262 to 304 km.
