Tonight I observed by accident a bright flasher, which I believe may be 22788 'UFO 2 Rocket1' as it best fits the descripion. Is it known to flash? My observations showed a flash to about +1 mag every ten seconds, invisible to the naked eye the rest of the time. Heading W to SE; first observed about 50 up in the S at 21:09 EDT heading to the SE.

    Thanks!
