Darin Koch, a member of the Austin Astronomical Society (a local amateur astronomy club), got a neat video of the Hubble Space Telescope transiting Orion's belt -- followed later by a "Hubble flare", when it briefly brightened a few magnitudes. This was on April 2, 2005 (local time; April 3 UTC), from Canyon of the Eagles park, Texas. It's a Quicktime movie about 1.3 Mb: http://www.austinastro.org/images/Hubble_Satellite.mov This was at an informal star party at the society's dark-sky site.
