Hi.Steve Just one more lunatic fringe policies from our present goverment here in the good ole USA.Remember the thinking is by the U.S. gov., only it can track satellites in space and is the only one who can know and should know what satellites are in orbit.The rest of the world is incapable of figuring such advanced skills as satellite tracking.Much less knowing if they have put a secret satellite in orbit that anyone can see from their front door step.
