    The flash pattern of your "unk" rsembles that of #27430 02- 24 A Hai Yang 1.
    I observed this object on May 9th with a similar pattern.
    Predicting this satellite for your location might confirm my first guess.
    
    Can you send me the coordinates of your two sites 4541 and 4641.
    I must have them somewhere but don't know where.
