I decided to watch some old objects, despite the light blue summer sky
at my latitude, but failed to point the scope in time.
The oldest ones, still orbiting, that I have seen are #00045 and #00047,
60 eta 1/3, the latter one as late as last year.
The observation of #00051 60-09C Echo 1 semisphere does not match the
only time click I have before USA 161, and it was 27' higher than predicted.
I find no object there at the time of the click, nor near the predicted
    pass.
If the click was for #00051, it was 297 s early, and still 11' too high, and
I am pretty sure I didn't point the scope that early, at least not mistake
such an early obs for the real #00051. And my prediction star field drawing
    is unambigous.
After losing USA 161, I saw an Iridium-like flare near az 305, alt 38
RA 09:30 dec.+50, near magnitude -5 and lasting about 5s.
However, there are no Iridiums predicted around that time (and not for
several days). The only close match is USA 161, within 5s and a few degrees!
