For those who can observe magnitude +14 and don't already
know, this page lists recent tracking results of GEOTAIL:

    http://home.gwi.net/~pluto/mpecs/geotail.htm

There was a long thread about it on the MPML (Minor Planet
Mailing List) under the subject "Unidentified FMO"
(Fast-Moving Object). On the Yahoo Groups public archive
of MPML (no registration required to read it), the thread
    begins with message 14770.

I believe that Tony Beresford was the first to identify it
from these most recent observations in that thread.
