USA 129 manoeuvred near perigee to raise its apogee, on 2005 May 05, at 15:04:46
UTC. Thank you Andy K. for the alert that it was running late. I managed to
    obtain six points, included below.

I fit the following orbit to my six points, plus a fake one looking straight up
from the sub-satellite point at the time of the manoeuvre. Residuals are 0.02
deg. I will revise the elements in the event other post-manoeuvre observations
    are reported.

I have reviewed the circumstances all of the USA 129 (96072A / 24680) reboosts
during the life of USA 161 (01044A / 26943) for which I have orbital elements.
USA 129 reboosts occur when USA 161's lag behind it exceeds approximately 2h40m.
    The results are summarized below:

seems to fit nicely into someone's 8 h workday.
