A Indian Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle will lift off at 4:49 UTC ( May 5 ). Onboard is the 
CARTOSAT-1 and HAMSAT satellites.

They are to be placed into a 618 km high orbit, inclined 98.87 degrees to the equator.
