    2. Estimated Orbit of 05016A after Circularization
    
    Since the manoeuvre did not occur when expected, I am much less confident trying
    to predict it. However, in case there was simply a 24 h delay, I have produced
    search orbits based on the assumption that the payload will circularize its
    orbit on an apogee pass within range of Diego Garcia
    
    I cannot decide between the two opportunities tonight, so I produced elements
    for both. If you have little time for plotting paths, use 70003 and 70004,
    because they produce earlier times than 70001 and 70002.
