pass of lacrosse 5 and it's rocket, and buzzed by APT

    Here's the times I got for the titan rocket and lacrosse 5. They passed between the two tail stars
    of the bigger dipper.
    
    1:15:38 UTC ( May 2 ) ROCKET. Observed the slow rotation of it, no timing data. 
    
    1:16:56 UTC ( May 2 ) LACROSSE 5
    
    Then I had a nice pass of a APT ( 27821 ) at 1:29 UTC ( May 2 ) Peice of cake to see with the eye.
