Lacrosse 5 pair obs

     	Sky cleared this afternoon after being cloudy for the last few days 
    and so I was able to observe a 30 deg pass of the newly launched Lacrosse 5 
    and rocket.  Observed both with binoculars.  The leading rocket was varying
    from about +3.5 to invisibility with a (very) roughly 30 sec period. 
    Trailing payload was steady around +4.  Both appeared white to me.
    
     	Here's my attempt at a position measurement for the rocket (71004 
    going by Ted's elements):
