2004-014B (# 28231) Delta 2 RB

SCC'S 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared May 27, 10:20 UTC - predicts
the decay on:
27 May, 15:02 UTC +/- 03 hours (05.5°N, 254.3°E) descending over the Pacific.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04148.291... + 04148.352... (SXF 100, ap 009)
the decay on:
27 May, 15:03 UTC +/- 22 minutes  (03.55°N, 253.91°E) also southbound over the
Pacific after crossing the USA.

During the second half of May 26 (UTC) we saw a very sharp change (about 50%) of
the ballistic coefficient and in consequence a large slip of the decay.
