NCat object 27369 was "MDS 1 Fairing1". Old elset:

    MDS 1 Fairing1 4.0 2.0 0.0 5.5 v 13
    1 27369U 02003C 04134.44668028 .00000240 00000-0 92102-3 0 5351

This object has been changed by Spacecom to be NCat 28237 (02 003D).

    MDS 1 Fairing1 4.0 2.0 0.0 5.5 v 13
    1 28237U 02003D 04145.31650390 +.00000084 +00000-0 +10418-2 0 00054

    NCat 27369 (02 003C) is apparently the H2-A rocket:

    MDS 1 H2A r 13.5 2.5 0.0 4.2 d 27
    1 27369U 02003C 04145.40825298 -.00000180 +00000-0 +10000-3 0 05433

NCat 28243 (02 003E) is apparently the other fairing.

    MDS 1 Fairing2 4.0 2.0 0.0 5.5 v 6
    1 28243U 02003E 04141.38417928 +.00000180 +00000-0 +13473-2 0 00075
    2 28243 028.7173 275.5521 7192523 294.8761 009.0850 02.28851236014703

The old elset for this object (which was lost in 2002) with the
    number 90012 has been withdrawn.

The fairings often flash to magnitude 7 or 8 even at ranges of 10000+
miles. I assume the H2-A rocket will also be quite bright.
