Undocked Progress TLE?

Since OIG has yet to give TLE for the undocked progress, is it possible,
given the European observation of last night + any published maneuver
timelines for someone to generate TLE?

Yes, I suppose one could estimate when to look for the Progress relative
    to ISS by assuming:
    (1) the separation between the two increases linearly with time-since-
        separation, or,
    (2) the separation between the two will remain at the approximately
        2.5 minutes observed.

Neither of these assumptions is to me, in my ignorance of the flight
plan, any better than the other and, in fact, neither of them is likely
to be very useful in the next day[s].

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Clear and dark skies!
