... or (have your .bat file) start in the folder where you have your
TLEs, or set the Main Menu :     D  Default directory: C:\TLE    or
wherever you have your TLEs. Also make sure you give the DOS 8.3 name, ie
if you name the file Discoballs.txt you may have it as Discob~1.txt in
DOS (run DIR in a COMMAND window to check)

In all cases you should have starname.txt, f77L.eer and cons2000.bin
copied to the startup folder, and all result files not explicitly given a
path will be written there.

In the first case, make sure you give the full path to all other files on
SkyMap menus.
