Hi all, A nice evening. It started with a mag -1.5 flare from Iri 42 at 01:15:30 UTC before making my positional observations. While waiting for my satellites I saw #27551 (Zi Yuan-2B R/B) at 02:27:30 and the satellite itself (#27550) at 02:47. Both were quite easy at mag 3 and 4. I also timed the rotation period of both IGS Fairings (#27702 and 27703): Fairing 1 at about 10.3 sec and Fairing 2 at 12.5 sec. Both can make sharp bright flashes (mag 0 or -1). They will be very interesting to observe this summer until their reentry this fall. One surprise was the IGS Adapter (#27701). It looked like a Lacrosse at mag 3 and flared to a magnificent -2 at 02:47:30 with a nice orange color at about the same rate as an Iridium.
