While watching NASA TV, and through various Windows Satellite Tracking
programs I use, I always see "SAA" in a small area in South American and
the South Atlantic Ocean.  I know that this means South Atlantic Anomaly
area, but what exactly does this represent? Any and all information
would be greatly appreciated!
