Note: The final elset shows this running 13 sec early against the
prediction I had posted a few hours before - this decayed more quickly
than I predicted. I put the re-entry over the North Atlantic Ocean
following a pass across N America from northern California at
04:10 UTC to St John's, Newfoundland, at 04:22. SpaceCom's decay
point is over Ontario on this path.
