All I have recently been trying to get an image of something other than the ISS which might show some detail. Here is a link to an image of Envisat which is a large satellite in a polar orbit which makes it ideal for imaging due to regular passes and an apparent size around 7 arcseconds. http://freespace.virgin.net/philip.masding/envisat.htm So far I haven't been able to work out what orientation the satellite was in when the image was taken. Does anyone know how Envisat flies ? Does it have standard flight modes like the ISS (XVV and XPOP) ? If so I will be able to incorporate a simple model in my ISS Simulator porgram. The model is on the page above already and will run in the simulator but not necessarily in the correct orientation. regards Phil ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
