Thanks very much to Mike for letting me know about this one
(as I was otherwise occupied for the evening)! Three of my
friends and I watched it go over. It seemed to me to be
varying somewhat, on the order of several seconds perhaps.
I only saw one object, although checking now I find that the
platform (27428, 02023C) was predicted to be only seconds
later and even lower. I don't know what the platform's size
is. I have a couple of poor, very low height (i.e., 128-136
km), in-shadow predictions for the platform in a few hours,
but it's cloudy outside now (low, sea-breeze clouds as are
very common here in the spring and summer months).
