It was spectacular. Estimated magnitude about -1.5 across
my zenith at a height of 130 miles. It was moving at a very
high angular rate of course.

It is a Proton upper stage with a intrinsic magnitude of
of about 2.0 (90 degree phase angle at 1000Km).
