Decay watch: 2002 May 7

The Cosmos 2319 aux motor should decay in the next few hours, possibly 
in a pass across Europe. SpaceCom has also posted the first notices for 
a rather old rocket. The following is taken from my updated Decay Watch

Note: I show this decaying northbound over the Atlantic. If it survives
there is an eastbound pass over Europe from the Bay of Biscay at 02:10
UTC, to the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria at 02:15.
