My Decay Watch page has been updated with the final notice for the decay
of Kolibri early today (UTC), and the first one for the decay of #23661,
Cosmos 2319 aux motor. A summary follows, but check the page for
predicted elsets. Also check there for updates from time to time - I do
not report all updates via SeeSat.
