    After a clouded day, it cleared in the evening. A bank of clouds was
    in the northwest and soon after 22:00 UT also seafog rolled in.
    Didn't see 96-4 b and 00-6 B shortly after 21;00 UT while it was still
    to bright in the west.

    22.54 sec. Hard to see in the north, better in the east.

    The last few days only passes low in the west and no distinct flashes.
