    The only reasonable candidate is the rocket 2000 11B, catalog #26090.
    This is an object in geostationary transfer orbit. It was used
    to put the Idonesian satellite garuda-1 into geostationary orbit
    on Febrauary 12, 2000. Its latest elements quoted by Heavens-above are:-
