    Very often do I see negative magnitude flashes from USA 129/116 (and
    previous KeyHoles), usually in the E-S-SW, sometimes 2-5 flashes with
    irregular intervals. One special occasion was in the NE during the
    Kursk incident, and I speculated it might be repositioning cameras
    for several targets.
