2000-049F (#26502) Proton DM Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S  FINAL REPORT - prepared May 23, 03:41 UTC - shows the decay on
                  23 May, 03:32 UTC +/- 07 minutes (06.2°S, 38.5°E)
on a descending pass over the South Atlantic.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01143.871... - 01143.130... the decay om
                  23 May, 03:32 UTC +/- 11 minutes (33.66°N, 05.38°E)
on the same pass over NW Africa.
BTW: The decay point given by SPACECOM is not compatible with the Lat/Long/time 
line derived from the last ELSET. Let me dig a little deeper....
