    Report time 16:30 UTC

    1983-090A (#14313) Molniya 3-21

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared May 22, 02:39 UTC, but appeared not before
around 15:00 UTC - shows the decay on
                      22 May, 02:28 UTC +/- 07 minutes (39.9°S, 17.4°E)
on a descending pass over the South Atlantic.
    MPM + REENTRY delivered with the ELSET'S 01141.948... + 01142.018... the decay
    on 22 May, 02:24 UTC +/- 17 minutes (24.96°S, 05.63°E)
on the same pass over the Atlantic.
Also this Molniya showed the well known behavior: Lost of appendages during one
of the last perigee passes and in consequence a decrease of the drag area
(about 30%). This was the primary reason for the longer lifetime as predicted.
