1983-090A (#14313) Molniya 3-21
At this time we are still missing SPACECOM'S  6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETS 01141.548... - 001141.752... the decay on
                     21 May, 23:34 UTC +/- 22 minutes (61.79°S, 115.97°E)
on southbound pass over the Indian Ocean. This is in good agreement with
SPACECOM'S last prediction (23:42 UTC) and Alan's forecast (23:44 UTC). But 
there is a real possibility that the Molniya will survive for another rev.
